Refunds/Exchanges will be processed using the original tender type i.e. Gift Card, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit Card.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/ exchanges if you have purchased from one of our network of retail stockists. You must return the item to the original store it was purchased from.

For your own security, we would like to point out that any item you are returning or exchanging should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • The supplied jewellery can be examined only – comparable with trying them on in a physical store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
  • Engraved Items
    • All special order and engraved items are non-returnable. All engraved items of jewellery are specifically for final sale and have been engraved according to customer specifications. THOMAS SABO is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications.
  • Special Order
    • On customer request, we will special order articles internationally that are not normally stocked in Australia. All special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items
    • Final Sale Items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Free Gifts
    • If promotional free gifts were offered at the time of order and the refund/exchange leads to the order no longer meeting the promotion requirement, refunds will not be processed unless the free Gifts have been returned.
  • Refunds
    • Items eligible for refunds can be returned for a full refund within the 30 day exchange period (or if a Final Sale Item, within 14 days of receipt). All items will be inspected prior to refund to ensure they have been returned in a saleable condition.
    • All refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping Costs
    • For change of mind returns, any shipping costs charged on the original order will not be refunded to the buyer.
    • The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the buyer’s expense unless faulty. If faulty, when posting back the item please include a detailed written explanation as to the nature of the fault or damage and proof of purchase with your return. If an item is received damaged upon receipt or deemed to be faulty,  we will replace the faulty product and pay for the return freight, on receipt, evaluation and acceptance of the goods.
