"I bought this exact item over two years ago and I wore it every day (until the clasp broke and I lost it). I was extremely disappointed when my replacement arrived, finding that the overall quality of the charm has decreased significantly since my last purchase. Not only was the "L" smaller in size, the jewels seemed to be of a poorer quality, as was the silver used for the piece. I have always loved Thomas Sabo and have several bracelets that are everyday staples for me (particularly the pearl bracelet). The drop in quality is definitely noticeable and it makes me question whether to continue buying charms and jewellery pieces from them in the future."
