Why is the THOMAS SABO Loyalty Program changing?
We’re upgrading our loyalty program to offer even more rewards, exclusive perks, and exciting ways to earn and redeem points. Plus, we’re introducing a new VIP tier and transitioning to a spend-based tier system for a better experience!
When will the new program launch?

What happens to my current points?
Your points balance as of March 11th will automatically transfer to our new system. You won’t lose any points, and no action is required from you.
How will the new VIP tiers work?
We’re introducing an additional VIP tier, and entry into each tier will now be based on your total spend rather than points earned. This makes it easier to unlock exclusive perks and rewards.
Will I still earn points the same way?
Yes! For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point. You’ll continue earning points for purchases, plus there will be new ways to earn even more rewards.
Will my existing rewards and vouchers still be valid?
Yes! Any unredeemed points from March 11th will remain valid and available for use in the new system.
Do I need to sign up again?
No, if you're already a loyalty member, your account and points will automatically transfer over.
What if I have issues accessing my points after the transition?

Will there be any downtime during the transition?
We’re working to make this transition as seamless as possible. While we don’t anticipate downtime, we appreciate your patience if there are any brief delays in accessing your loyalty account.
