Bought this as a Christmas

"Bought this as a Christmas present. It arrived tarnished with a mark on it. Once I sent the item back, Thomas Sabo arranged a replacement but it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas because they didn’t respond to my email for days and also sent the item by normal post not express. I’m not sure why the original item wasn’t checked before they sent it and they did very little to rectify the issue in time for Christmas."
