Where can I get my THOMAS SABO jewellery cleaned?
You can visit your local THOMAS SABO Retail Partner Store. Please contact your local retailer for more information here.

How can I clean my jewellery at home?
You can clean your THOMAS SABO jewellery at home by gently rubbing a jewellery/polishing cloth to remove any dirt/chemicals to make your jewellery look shiny and new again.

To avoid premature wear on your THOMAS SABO jewellery, avoid spraying cologne/perfume or rubbing any lotions on your jewellery or skin that has contact with your jewellery. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place.

What can I do if I want to try on the jewellery first?
You can visit one of our Retail Partner's here if you would like to try on the jewellery first. We would advise to call ahead and ask if they have the jewellery you want in stock first.

Alternatively, we have a flexible returns policy if you prefer to shop online.

Do you offer engraving on your jewellery?
Yes we do! Visit our engraving category for our list of products that can be engraved. Please note that items with a customised engraving cannot be returned.

Ordering & Exchanges

Can I take my online order in-store for a return?
THOMAS SABO purchases made from our online store are required to be returned back to our online store. Unfortunately, they can not be returned in-store at a THOMAS SABO Retail Partner.

I'm wanting to purchase a gift for my friend, will the jewellery be sent with a receipt with the price?
All THOMAS SABO jewellery sent from our online store come with a gift receipt for returns and has all pricing stickers and tags removed. 

How will my jewellery come packaged?
All jewellery from THOMAS SABO come beautifully packaged in it's original packaging.

What do I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We strive to ensure each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. In the unfortunate event your jewellery arrives damaged, please click here to be in contact with one of our customer service representatives to get the issue rectified as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
